Papa’s got a brand new bag, and so does Ting Irie AUH. It’s called Groove Pon di Beach, a funktastic extravaganza of 70s, 80s, and 90s throwback jams that’ll have you slicing some furious rug (or, in our case, beachfront floor) as soon as you walk through the door. Stevie Wonder, Rick James, Prince, Mr. Dynamite (James Brown) and more will all be on the ones and twos here, with DJs and live music keeping that sizzly vibe going all night long.

Not only that, but you’ll also enjoy a spread of tasty bites from our bold, flavorful Caribbean-style three-course menu — that’s likke, big and sides tings — plus a rich chocolate dessert for that sweet tooth fix. And let’s not forget about the bottomless house drinks, which will be on tap for three whole hours.

On any day of the week, Ting Irie Abu Dhabi is a slice of Jamaican paradise smack dab in the middle of Saadiyat Island’s trendiest walkway. Just follow the mellow tempo of reggae, dancehall and hip hop beats, the sweet smell of scotch bonnet peppers and jerk seasoning, the cheery crowd likely sporting cool Rasta colors and the dead giveaway — our bright yellow, black and green stripes right on the front walls — and yuh home, mon!

Food is excellent, however slightly overpriced. Drinks are interesting mixes of exotic juices, and you can always request a vergin option. The waiters are nice, but some of them are distant. Music is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing. You have what you are looking for at the end of the week.

The most delightful Caribbean restaurant I even went. So authentic spices and the dishes are flavorful and tasty. The ambience so Vibin and cool . Love the interior so lively . Service are outstanding and so well trained staff. It’s highly recommended
